This is a beta test for my jerk sauce and jerk chicken. Your Favorite Jerk comes to you. My business is a franchise model that adds my brand of jerk chicken to any willing restaurant’s menu. I train the staff on prep, my particular grilling technique, PRESERVATION and PRESENTATION. I SUPPLY SAID RESTAURANT WITH SAUCE, as much or as little as they need. My sauce is made ‘FRESH,TO ORDER’. The only ingredients I actively stock are DRIED THYME AND MY SCOTCH BONNET PEPPERS (Dehydrated and Vinegar Preserved)
When you call to order my sauce it’s made the day of delivery with precise instructions on how to preserve it for the life of your use
